From first spark to final reveal, ML Interiors offers a full service decorating experience — created for those who want a cohesive, elevated space that tells their story beautifully.

Phase 1 — Consultation

This is the first step to our project initiation.  We want to learn all about you and your decor dreams!  We will start with a complimentary discovery call to learn about the basics and visit your space for a 2-hour creative working session with you.

$550.00

Due in full 48 hrs prior to consultation and is non-refundable. 

Phase 2 — Design

This is where we get to work creating your masterpiece!  Our team typically takes 8 to 10 weeks(depending on scope) to develop a design concept to be presented to you. 

Pricing varies from $6-$15+/ square foot 

Phase 3 — Project Implementation 

It all comes together here!  Our team implements the design and decor concepts selected.  We manage all aspects of the project including purchasing, working with any necessary trades and installations to deliver a turnkey experience.

Pricing calculated based on a % of total project budget.

When Project Budget is:

Under $25,000 - Fee is 20%

$25,000 - $50,000 - Fee is 18%

$50,000 - $75,000 - Fee is 16%

$75,000 - $100,000 - Fee is 14%

Due in full 1 month prior to Reveal Day.

All decor purchased and trade work billed for separately.

Deck the halls (the mantel, and tables too!) Whether it’s trimming the tree or transforming your home into a winter wonderland, our team of decorators handles it all for you.

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Holiday decorating discovery call to get the basics

• 2 decorators on styling day

• Personalized styling with your decor

$175/hr for styling and $175/hr for take down
