Howdy, I’m Mistelle!

I’m so glad you’re here :) I'm the owner and Interior Decorator behind ML Interiors-and a proud Texas A&M ‘07 graduate (whoop!).

Creating beautiful, functional spaces has always been second nature to me. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep love for design, art, and helping others feel truly at home in their space. What began as passion projects for family and friends—whether painting commissioned artwork or styling cozy, inviting rooms—grew into something so much more.

A few years ago, while helping a dear friend with a home remodel, she asked me, “If you could do any job in the world, what would it be?” Without thinking twice, I said, “Interior Decorator.” She smiled and said, “Then do it, Missy!” And just like that, I made the leap.

After 15 years of working in Education and being an art teacher, I transitioned into professional home organizing and interior decorating—and it’s been the most rewarding chapter yet. Through my work with Leave It To Me Organizing, I discovered how beautifully organizing and decorating go hand in hand. One helps clear the clutter; the other brings in beauty and harmony.  Together, they create the kind of spaces that inspire people to live their best lives.  Isn’t that what we all deserve?
