In addition to this, MiSteele will address architectural elements and challenges, furniture layouts and space planning, custom millwork, lighting, design concept direction and initial ideas, custom upholstery and furniture needs and drapery treatment styles, gather preliminary measurements and photos of your space.
ML Interiors Contract and Design Fee Proposal will be sent within 2 working days of Consultation session.
Once ML Interiors Contract and Design Fee Proposal have been accepted, we will arrange a day where trade partners and Mistelle will visit your space to thoroughly review scope of work, logistics, and your needs based on what we have previously discussed before design work begins.
Via Zoom, we will share initial design concepts, floor plans, and preliminary pricing so everyone is on the same page before diving deeper into sourcing and selections.
In Person, you will see your final custom curated design plans, millwork details, fabrics, finishes, and physical samples — all personalized for your space.
Once final design concepts and the budget have been approved now is your time to sit back and relax! We will take care of the purchasing, coordinating deliveries and installations, partnering with trade professionals and contractors while your transformation unfolds.
This is where the magic happens! Our team handles all the finishing touches down to the smallest of details to make your space the masterpiece you have been dreaming of!
This is our project wrap up that consists of a final review and any outstanding items are addressed, Typically takes place 2 weeks post project completion.
